we get married so we can have someone who loves us & honors us… And so we have someone to love & hug …..but yet, there’s disconnection.

We want to laughter, fun and deep meaningful conversations. Yet, we’re caught up in the day to day hustle and find that our men aren’t really communicating with us. We keep having the same arguments and left feeling alone and unhappy. Time is going by and we can’t figure out what we’re doing wrong or where to start.

One Muslimah in Love is a group program that’ll give you all the tools and support to communicate so that you can hear the other person and finally be heard. Once you learn this way of connecting with your man, you’ll never want to go back and wonder how you ever lived without this info. Everything will feel easy and you’ll wonder why you were never taught these things before.

One Muslimah in Love is a program I created to leave behind for my daughters so they have all the tools they need when they get married. Lessons I couldn’t find in any of the marriage books I had read even though some had hinted towards these concepts, none of them really made them practical so I could apply them instantly.

What’s included? This is a 4 month program. 8 group sessions 90 minutes each, 4 one on one private sessions with Fatima and a resource page that has the recordings from the calls & worksheets for you to do in the weeks between calls.

Investment is $450 per month for 4 months.

MONTH 1:

Week 1: Setting the foundation for the shift that’s about to happen for you. And how to get the most benefit out of this program. Q&A

Week 2: Private 1 on 1 call with Fatima. Discuss your specific situation, get your questions answered about anything that we discussed in previous week that you felt shy to ask in a group setting.

Week 3: Emotions, Emotions, Emotions! How to feel your feelings and share them, not stuff them deep inside. How to make a man feel loved more than anything (tip: it’s not his stomach, intimacy or respect - although men love those 3, none of these are the top thing.)

What not to do with your feelings in a way that’s healthy for you and for your man. How to handle feelings like anger, shame, hurt, frustration, overwhelm, exhaustion.

Week 4: Worksheet/homework week

MONTH 2

Week 5: How to honor what you need in the relationship and honoring what your husband needs.

Why your man pushes you away or when you’re communicating and he reacts and you sit there wondering “What did I say wrong?”

How to live with powerful grace (a state of respecting him while still being strong for what you need). Powerful grace is about not settling but also not being pushy and demanding.

The art of letting your man meet your desires and needs where it feels good to you and him.

Week 6: Private 1 on 1 call with Fatima.

Week 7: The art of listening to a man. Listening and hearing what a man says is very different than how you listen to your friends. Hands on work during the call with this. What words not to use. What words to use.

Week 8: Worksheet/Homework week

MONTH 3

Week 9: The wounds we operate from and how we can shift out of them into healing. How we can communicate better with everyone and see we are communicating from our wounds with everyone. Part 1

Week 10: Private 1 on 1 call with Fatima.

Week 11: The wounds we operate from and how we can shift out of them into healing. How we can communicate better with everyone and see we are communicating from our wounds with everyone. Part 2

MONTH 4

Week 13: The exact thing to say when you want to communicate with anyone about something you want them to start/stop doing. 3 step sentence structure that takes 90% of arguments to connection & love. This alone is worth the whole program.
